Justine and Paul invite you to holiday in their lovely, spacious studio in Tenerife. The apartment is located in the Royal Palm complex in Los Cristianos.

Royal Palm is a well-established & very popular complex consisting of all privately owned apartments, many of which have permanent residents. The apartment is licensed by the Tenerife Tourist Board for holiday rentals & the complex itself is quiet, being away from any major roads.

There are sunbathing areas & two adult pools, one of which has a childrens pool next to it. There is usually a lifegaurd on duty at the main poolside. One of the adult pools is heated during the winter months. Adjacent to the apartment there is also a roof-terrace available. There is no charge for sunbeds or umbrellas around either of the pools.

There is a launderette on site for residents and guests and there is a well-stocked local supermarket (La Colmena) directly across the road from the nearest entrance to the apartment complex.

The area surrounding the Royal Palm complex has recently had some new property development & while this has not significantly changed the quiet & relaxed nature of the area, there are now more places to eat and drink in the immediate area as well as the existing bars, show-bars, cafes & restaurants, all within 10 minutes walk.The beach & the famous Sunday Market are a 10 minute walk & the shopping area around the town square in Los Cristianos is 15 minutes away. 

A complimentary 'Welcome Pack' of drinking water, tea, coffee, milk & sugar will be in the apartment on your arrival.
